Do you accept insurance?

Yes, most private insurances are accepted. Please reach out to determine if your particular insurance is accepted. It is highly recommended that you call your insurance to verify benefits and eligibility, prior to your initial intake. Additionally, Desert Tide can provide a super-bill to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept cash, check, debit card, credit card and HSA/FSA. Please specify payment method when completing your payment authorization. You may request a statement to show your payments and balances.

What are your private pay rates?

Initial Intake sessions are $175. This session includes background data and treatment planning. Individual Family Therapy sessions (53-60min) are $150 each. If you are uninsured and planning to self-pay or are insured and planning to not use your insurance toward the costs of therapy, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate.

When should payments be made?

All payments are due at time of service. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours have a $75 fee.
